Delivery Timeframe
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Unless specified otherwise, most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

- Small and medium-sized packages are generally delivered within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date they leave our warehouse.

- Orders containing multiple items may ship from different warehouses and may have separate tracking numbers.
Please note, while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for orders that do not meet anticipated delivery dates.
Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. This does not include shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

- Flat Shipping Fee: For orders under $100, a standard shipping fee of $5 applies.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
At this time, we only ship to the contiguous United States and are unable to process orders for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.
Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully for any signs of damage, missing items, or incorrect products. While we take every precaution to prevent shipping damage, it may occasionally occur.
If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:

- A damaged item was delivered.
- An item is missing or incorrect.

- Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts must be reported within 30 business days of receipt.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims for such incidents must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for your purchase transfers to you when the carrier accepts the shipment from our warehouse.

- If your shipment is not received within 2 full business days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately.

- All claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
Important Notes

- Processing Time: In-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours.

- Undeliverable Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, mailbox addresses, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with such addresses may experience delays.

- Non-Working Days: Orders are not processed or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

- If your order has a delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days and leaves the warehouse on a Monday, counting starts on Tuesday (the first business day). Your order should arrive between Thursday and the following Monday, assuming no holidays.
- If your order ships on a Friday and a holiday falls on Saturday, the next business day is Monday. Delivery will likely occur by Friday.
