Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty for our car air fresheners covering manufacturing defects and functional issues for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or damages resulting from unauthorized modifications.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and components.
  • Items altered, disassembled, or damaged due to incorrect usage or installation will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Steps to Request a Return or Warranty Service

    • Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos or videos of the product.

  2. Approval Process

    • Upon review, we will provide instructions for returning the product if deemed eligible.
    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be required for all approved returns.

  3. Shipping Instructions

    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
    • Use the return address provided after approval. Do not ship items to the original shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Custom or specially designed items.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or unauthorized modifications.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
